2. Everyday Residential Intent

  • Exclusively Residential: Droxcare plans are engineered and designed specifically for residential customers and standard home usage.

  • Household Usage Patterns: Our complete home AC care solutions are built to support everyday family use and long summer usage in traditional Indian homes. System deployment in heavy industrial, non-residential, or unapproved commercial environments violates fair usage parameters.

3. Maintenance Access and Routine Servicing

  • Automated Scheduling Support: To preserve long-term reliability and energy efficiency, your plan includes structured preventive maintenance and routine servicing.

  • Customer Cooperation: Subscribers must provide our technical support teams and trusted service network with reasonable physical access to the premises for pre-scheduled maintenance checks and breakdown assistance. Neglecting scheduled servicing parameters risks long-term operational health.

4. Policy Parameters and Exclusions

To deliver predictable monthly pricing and hassle-free comfort affordably to all families , standard subscription coverage does not extend to damages caused by external neglect, environmental hazards, or physical abuse. In alignment with our plan governance, the following areas require direct customer care and are excluded from coverage:

  • Pest and Environmental Factors: Structural or wire damage caused by external elements, including rat bite damage.

  • Material Exposure: Accelerated structural degradation resulting from corrosion-related damage.

  • External Impacts: Destructive incidents arising from natural calamities or intentional physical damage.

  • System Tampering: Any unauthorized technical modifications or servicing attempted outside of official Droxcare technical support channels.

5. Policy Enforcement

Droxcare reserves the right to review hardware usage conditions during physical service visits. Consistent compliance with these fair usage parameters ensures continuous, uninterrupted cooling and full service support for up to 5 years.
